These Terms do not replace your relationship with any physician. Direct Preventive Care Services, including telehealth, are not suitable for emergency situations. In case of a medical emergency, dial 911 immediately.

1. Introduction

Direct Preventive Care and its affiliates (collectively, “DPC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provide the services available on our websites and related mobile applications. By accessing or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.

2. Services Overview

Eligibility: You must be 18 years or older to use our services. Some services may be restricted based on geographical location or other criteria.

Services Provided: DPC offers a variety of health and wellness services, which may include health screenings, preventive care information, and telehealth services. These services do not replace the care from your health care providers.

3. User Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Content and Licenses

Ownership: We or our licensors own all rights to the content and services. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access and use the services for personal, non-commercial purposes.

User Content: You may be able to submit content. By posting content, you grant DPC a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use this content in connection with our services.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our services for any unlawful purpose, to solicit others to perform or participate in unlawful acts, to violate any international or jurisdictional regulations, or to infringe upon our intellectual property rights.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

DPC services are provided on an “as is” basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DPC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of our services.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.

9. Dispute Resolution

All disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.
